“We had such agreat stay on he way to our destination that we decided to stay ther on the return trip instead of our original plans! When I called ahead and spoke with Ashanti, she was so sweet and helpful that I was really looking forward to our stop and then when I got ther and met Kassey I was convinced this was a perfect stop over for us! The breakfast was great and plentiful! There is a Cracker Barrel a short walk away where we ate dinner. The pool is quite small, but the gym is really nice and well equiped! I was traveling with 3 teenagers and we made use of the gym and had plenty of room. Our room was very nice and spacious and clean with a large bathrrom. We were very pleased and look forward to future visits!”

“We travel several times a year and always stay at Fairfield properties. This past vist on May 30th 2026 was the best yet! The room was booked and we used points for our stay. When checking in we had the privilege to meet Kassey. She was amazing to say the least. She could not upgrade us (not that we asked). But she felt that since we are silver something or other members we needed some sort of perk. This lady bent over backwards for us during check in. She found a fold away mattress for our youngest son (he did not want to share a bed with his brother). She also suggested local restaurants for us since we are not from the area. Before going to our room she wrote her name on a business card for us and advised that we call her directly next time we pass thru Lexington. That way she could put us in the section of the hotel we prefer and find the perfect room for our family. This type of customer service is unheard of with other companies I have dealt with. Fairfield has a customer for life. I highly recommend stopping there to stay and meeting Kassey. You will not be disappointed. She is doing it right!!!!!”

“We stayed here after a full day at Keeneland. Our room was adequate just a bit small but clean and comfortable. Loved the shower in the bathroom. It was huge and had good water pressure. The only complaint I had was the traffic noise from the freeway. It was a bit loud so if that kind of stuff bothers you bring earplugs. Other than that all was good.”

“I love this Mariott. Beds comfy with new, fluffy pillows and it’s as clean as a whistle! I stay once every year when l commute to my winter condo. Grace was very kind and breakfast hot and fresh. The gym was clean and newer treadmills make my workout comfortable.”
